Industrial Safety and Pressure Sensors have a clear relationship. Gases and liquids are found in almost every industrial site in America. These gases and liquids are usually stored and moved in vessels and pipes under various levels of pressure. Uncontrolled or unregulated pressurized gases or liquids is a formula for disaster at its worst. It is also a recipe for a small explosion even in the best or circumstances. Therefore, controlling the pressure of these gases and liquids is paramount to industrial safety for all concerned, as well as, the facility itself.
Industrial Safety Requires Pressure Sensors;
Historically, the measurement of pressure began back in 1594 with Galileo developing a pump to move water from a river for the irrigation of land. This simple development had an enormous impact for mankind. Mans ability to increase the production of food clearly made life easier to simply exist. Starvation began to decrease as a cause of death. The measurement of pressure on gases and liquids continues today. The basics of understanding the cause and effect of pressurized gases and liquids has long been recognized. Today’s use of that understanding is employed in nearly every industry on Earth. Industrial Safety is a major concern for industries and governments alike. Mining, Oil & Gas Exploration, Oil & Gas Refining, Automotive, Aviation, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceuticals are just a few that use pressure sensors in their business. We could easily list hundreds of industries that rely upon pressure sensors to safely complete their industrial needs.
The different types of pressure sensors is vast and varied. The uses of different types of pressure sensors is even more vast and varied. Suffice it to say that life as we know it would be starkly different today without the invention and use of pressure sensors. Simple things like Indoor Plumbing and Water Heaters would not be available. Automobiles and Airplanes would not be available as we know it. Rockets and The International Space Station would not exist. Farm Equipment would be dramatically different. Refrigerators and Freezers would not be available as we know them. Are you starting to get the picture?
The citizens of Industrialized Countries take for granted the comforts that we have created for ourselves. Industrial Safety and the use of pressure sensors clearly make life as we know it possible. hello ASD, nice to see your great product. would you mind make a brief introduction of the principle? maybe it used the strain sensor with high resolution.
if it uses the strain sensor, what about the accuracy when compared with the inline presure sensor?
